Under Irish Law, the Court will grant a Decree of Divorce where the Court is satisfied that the spouses have lived apart for at least four consecutive years out of the previous five years, that there is no reasonable project of reconciliation between the spouses and that proper provision has been made for the spouses and dependent members.
